Food and Drink

In ancient times it was said that Cypriots invented the art of good living encompassing exotic fragrance and Mediterranean flavours.At Vasilias we are very proud of our catering. All the food we serve is freshly prepared on the premises, with local produce and ingredients being used in our cooking. Fresh vegetables and fruits are grown in our gardens where we hand-pick what is required for your wedding meal. All the ingredients we provide are of the highest quality. Chillies, beans, courgettes, figs and pomegranates are just a small taster of the produce from our grounds. We offer many Cypriot dishes and are more than happy to cater for special dietary needs.

Local wine is a perfect accompaniment to your meal. Wine is provided by Local Cypriot wineries;  The local Nelion winery, nestled in the hills of the Troodos mountains, has been producing wine since 1996 and has gained a good reputation from both locals and visitors. The Tsangarides winery located in Lemona village and the Keo Winery the larger wine producer located in Limassol.
